Participants: 12 individual or 6 Teams

Things needed: Cups

Game Mechanics: The game starts with the two opposing players at the end of the table going “down, up, down, chug.” This means they put their cup down on the table, and then they touch cups before putting them back down and chugging them. Once a player finishes drinking the water in their cup, they attempt to flip their cup over. The most popular method is the “two finger flick” but any is acceptable as long as the player is not manually guiding the cup over the whole time. Once one player has successfully flipped their cup, the next player in line chugs their water and flips their cup. This process continues until one team has successfully flipped all of their cups.

7.  Ready Spaghetti

Type of games: Group

Participants: 6 individual or 2 - 4 Teams

Things needed: Empty Soda Cans and Uncooked Pasta

Game Mechanics: The team must move three soda cans from one table to the other and create a small pyramid with the cans, without using their hands.
1. Have a team of six players stand on either side of one table.
2. When the timer starts, one player will grab a strand of spaghetti and place it in his/her mouth. After this, players may not use their hands except to get the next piece.
3. The same player then threads the spaghetti through the tab of one of the soda cans.
4. The other plays grabs the opposite end of the spaghetti with his/her mouth as it comes through the tab.
5. The team then works together to carry the can over to the other table.
6. The can must be placed on the table in the same fashion as it was picked up.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 two more times.
8. The cans must be stacked on the second table in a small pyramid with two cans on the bottom, and one on top.
9. Players must create the pyramid so that it’s free-standing for three consecutive seconds and must do all of this in under one minute to win the game.

8.  Moving on up

Type of games: Individual

Participants: 4 individual or more

Things needed: 39 Paper Cup (1 Off Colors) and 156 BLUE cups 4  RED cups

Game Mechanics: Moving On Up is a challenge in Minute To Win It. There are 39 red cups in a stack and a blue one at the bottom. The goal is to move the red cups down using alternating hands until the blue cup gets to it's original position.

9.  Spoon Frog

Type of games: Individual

Participants: 10 individual or more

Things needed: 10 Glasses and 10 pcs. of Tea Spoon

Game Mechanics: Contestants arrange two spoons on the table such that they can make contact with one spoon and launch the other one in a catapult-like fashion. In one single motion, the participants hit one spoon and the other spoon must land into the cup. If it lands inside the cup, the challenge is passed. Else, the participant must try again.

10.  Stack Attack

Type of games: Individual

Participants: 5 individual or more

Things needed: 36 Plastic Cups and Table

Game Mechanics: What this game lacks in set-up requirements it makes up for in format explanation. To start, face the table and the cups. When the 1-minute timer begins, pick up the stack of cups and begin creating a triangular-shaped tower. The bottom row should be made up of eight cups in a straight line, with seven in the next row, six in the next, and so on until you end up with a single cup on top of the tower.
Now, it's time to deconstruct the tower and recreate the stack of cups. Be careful, though, because this must be done in a particular fashion. Starting with the single cup at the top of the tower, take the cups down in diagonal columns. So for the first one, you'd take the top cup followed by the cup from each row at the far left (or right). You'll be left with one cup at the top of the tower to start over again with, so carry on in this fashion until all of the cups are stacked once again.
Build the tower and then take it down again in 1 minute or less to win the game.
