 How to use for Xerox Copying Fuji FX Aepost-IV C3375 PCL 6

Remember:

For having a good xerox copying performance you must consider ensure that the bond use is clean (do not use crumpled paper and paper with fold side to avoid paper jump thru the machine), User must insert the bond paper in proper required position and for security purposes user must not forget to log-out your account after using the xerox machine and after the whole process. Worst case scenario if there is any problem user encounter while using the machine you have to call your IT team or administrator immediately preventing and to lessen having more errors because this machine has a high value price in the market together its own maintenance.   

Basic Procedure:  

Step 1. 

a. Open the selected tray

b. Adjust the adjuster into a required size

c. Position the bond-paper into vertical position

Step 2. 

a. Go to Home screen of printer machine

Step 3.

a. Press Guest for account user

Step 4.

a. Insert your account USER (i.e *****) then press ENTER

Step 5.

a. Position the document need to copy into vertical position. 

b.Indicates that the tip of bond paper attached to the folder of machine properly) 

Note: Ensure that the green light is on before proceed to the next operation

Step 6.

a. Press Copy

Step 7.

a. Select the specification that you are needed for copying

Step 8.

a. Select the number of prepared copy needed then press ENTER BUTTON










Important Note:

Avoid paper with staple wire it may lead to large and expensive damage to the parts most importantly the florescent during the process of copying.
