Stress can be deadly
Stress can be deadly to everyone because it can also lead to near by depression. Let me share to you a specific mental routine exercise which can affects, can improved our health condition. It is very effective as per study of experts specially to those mentally ill and sick people. It takes up to just 15 minutes of your time not to long to expend of your own time yet can be helpful to your mental health to complete the exercise.
In this task routine its better to calm down and to feel its essence, relax close your eyes.Try this technique at least once or twice a week. You can measure its effectiveness accurately through getting your pulse beat before and after doing, you may consider about ten beats a minute less than before.
Mental exercise technique:
1. Wear comfortable clothing or loosen any tight clothing. Go to a solemn and quiet place for about 15 minutes and close your eyes.
2. Take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds about 10 second long now exhale gradually
3. Take another deep breath and hold it again, make the sound "haaa......."when you exhale.
4. Now focus only in your breathing. Breath normally for a few moments.
5. Next, when you inhale talk to your self and tell your self, "I am" and when you inhale tell yo your self also to "relax".

Process:
I am (inhaling) relaxed (exhaling), repeat this three times. Let your body release the heavy feeling and gravity.Most of us or I may say the every day routine in daytime we spend our energy doing routine that stressful, to much worries and tension are slowly seeping out inside our system. At this moment, there is no rush or no hurry. When you inhale and exhale let every muscle and every cell in our body be pulled down. feel the genuine feeling of your inner peace, the calmness and its healing effect is the main key.
6. Enjoy this relaxation for a few moments, free yourself from all the tension and stressful things. After this, slowly count one to five then at the count of five, open your eyes.
The next time you you feel refreshed, giving you a wonderful glow of relaxation.
